Austin is having it's annual Art Car Parade Saturday, October 21. The parade begins at the parking lot at 300 Congress Avenue and ends at the Congress Avenue Baptist Church at 1511 S. Congress. The Parade will start at 11:30 a.m. Artists should arrive by 10:30 a.m. Watch this amazing mobile art as it parades south down Congress Avenue.

When: 12-4 p.m.
