Cronkite Moon Rock Exhibit

Cronkite Moon Rock Exhibit The Cronkite Moon Rock Exhibit is now at the Texas Memorial Museum presented by the Texas Memorial Museum: Wed, July 5 - Thu, July 13 during museum hours; Sun, Aug. 20 - Thu, Aug. 31, during museum hours and it is free. The exhibit consitsts of veteran news anchor Walter Cronkite's moon rock presented to him by NASA from the Apollo 11 space mission that put the first human on the moon.
The Texas Memorial Museum is the exhibit hall of the Texas Natural Science Center. It is located at 2400 Trinity Street, on The University of Texas at Austin campus.
