Are you ready for spring yet?? How about taking a gardening workshop to hone your skills, and get the most from the upcoming season?


Nothing beats the flavor and nutrition of fresh vegetables grown in your back yard, and it can be a lot of fun for the whole family!? Learn to grow more vegetables than you ever thought possible, organically and in your own backyard!

The Green Corn Project hosts its Biointensive Skills Gardening Workshop on Saturday, March 18, 2006 from 9am to 4pm at the American Botanical Council, 6200 Manor Road. This hands-on workshop, taught by expert organic gardener Nancy Dennis, will teach you soil-building techniques, intensive and companion planting, composting, seed saving and starting, and garden planning, all of which will help you increase your garden’s productivity with minimal input.
