Les Paul unfortunately passed away on August 13th of this year, but the legacy that he passed on to the world of music will continue to shape it for years to come. Austin.com and Gibson Guitars of Austin are teaming up during ACL Festival to present a contest to win a fabulous Les Paul Studio guitar and the great news is, you don’t even need to be at the show to win.Here is how the contest works; a series of questions posted daily here on austin.com, a secret location of the Gibson bus... On Sunday October 4th the Gibson Guitar tour bus will be parked at a secret location somewhere in Austin. In order to determine where the bus will be located, you need to correctly answerthe series of questions on austin.com.
There will be 4 choices, each with a number next to them. Once you determine the correct answer, you will want to make note of the number next to it. The next day, we will post another question for you to answer. Once you determine the correct answer, you take that number and add it to the one from the prior day. If all the questions are answered and added correctly through the week, it will be very easy to figure out where the bus is based on the final clue. Everyone that guesses the right location and shows up at the secret location will be given an entrance ticket and the winner will be picked from those present. You must be present to win by the way.
