Bubbles and Boots fills you with food, wine, and anticipation
If you have been a fan of the Texas Hill Country Wine and Food Festival for nearly a quarter of a century (or even for just a few years), waiting for each year’s annual fete is likely as grueling as waiting for a good Cab to mature. Next Thursday night, however, you can get a little teaser for the upcoming festival, scheduled for April 15-18, 2010. The Bubbles and Boots party features delicious food and exquisite wines, all carefully chosen to get your palate drooling with anticipation for the main event, which celebrates the festival’s 25th anniversary. You’ll get to try different varieties of sparkling, white, and red wine, as well as taste food from some of Austin’s best restaurants, including Max’s Wine Dive.
Bubbles and Boots will be held Thursday, August 27 from 6-8pm at the Kodosky Lounge at The Long Center for the Performing Arts. Tickets are $40 per person, and can be purchased by calling (512)249-6300.
This party will definitely leave you wanting more-but in the best way possible.
