 September 20th I went to the Saxon Pub to see Bobby Whitlock. He will be playing there at 6pm Sundays so you have an oportunity in which to catch something you will remember for a very long time. In the Early seventies Mr. Whitlock teamed up with Eric Clapton to write songs and form Derek and the Dominos. |

 Bela Fleck, Zakir Hussain and Edgar Meyer now reign like gods over the jam band scene. Of course this couldn't be further from the truth because I doubt anyone under 30 years old barely knows who they are. However if some how the gigantic masses of youngish people who flock to the ACL fest to watch the never ending so called jam bands of which you would here on the JAM ON station of satelite radio ever were exposed to the sheer brute force of this talented trio they might begin to understand what music improve really is. |
