 Feburary 2, 2008, 9pm. At the Palmer Events Center it's the 2008 Carnaval Brasileiro! Carnaval Brasileiro is now an Austin institution. A small party has grown into a giant public bash, Brazilians who needed a celebration, local individuals to nurture it along the way, a radio program to promote its music, a series of bands to play the music, and, above all, enough Austinites who feel the magic and keep coming back for more.
