 Like a determined sapling punching through the earth, Wink Keziah & Delux Motel are sprouting a musical phenomenon that’s spreading beyond its regional roots.
Shortly, Wink and the boys will load up the van for the Heart of Texas Quadruple Bypass Festival in Austin – the only unsigned band in the Carolinas to be invited. They’ll appear at Spill, 212 E. 6th St. on Thursday, March 16 at 6 p.m. – prime time in a prime venue.

The Umlauf Torchbearers are hosting a celebration of the new works by artists Nina Rizzo and Stephanie Wagner on March 4, 2006 at Austins East Side Art Palace.??This contemporary exhibit, On the Horizon, blurs the lines between the tactile and the unconscious.??The reception begins at 5:30 p.m. and lasts until 8:30 p.m.??Art Palace, a gallery dedicated to the presentation of new visual art from both emerging and established artists, is located at 2109 E.  The Austin owned TXRD Rollergirls (featured?on the "Rollergirls"?A&E show)? will be playing three special bouts this month at a temporary location, the Austin Convention Center.? March 16, 19th and 26th will be the dates for the three March?bouts at the Convention Center.? The bout on the 16th will be a bout between leagues, the?
