Basic necessities are being denied to Rita evacuees because their zip code isn't on the Red Cross list. ? These people are stranded in Austin with no food, no money, maxed out credit cards, and no help from the Red Cross. ? Come-on Austin, time to show more of what makes Austin great.? What these families need is enough money to get through this ordeal.? So that next charity payment you make, think about it, see if you can make your way to a shelter and make it directly to someone that needs it.? There are families that need food, water, gasoline and some care. There is a wiki available here for Austin to come together and discuss this problem.?
